In addition, we are adept at providing corporations with capital through sale/leaseback transactions.  In a sale/leaseback transaction, a corporation frees up capital to invest in its core business by selling property to an investor while maintaining long-term use of the asset.  In addition to creating liquidity, sale/leasebacks remove real estate assets and related liabilities from the balance sheet.
